I am trying to stay under the 100, with an end goal of <50. I eat whatever fits my hunger, trying to stay in range. Instead of pasta for my Bolognese / Lasagna I have been either spiralling or thinly slicing Courgette to act as the "pasta" - hubby didn't notice until he had eaten it twice!

I have been 'playing' at doing this since 25th October, 7lbs lost. I plan do do it properly after my Christmas cruise.... With the intention of losing 50lb in 2016 to get to overweight rather than the Morbid Obese I am now.

For me it's... 1. heartburn, acid stomach & bloating 2. 30-100g, depending on how the day goes 3. Bread & mashed potatoes, but really anything white & high carb. I suspected bread etc may be a trigger a few years ago, it's only now I'm doing this WOE, that I have realised the truth and am trying to do something about it.

Hi, we don't have thanksgiving here in the UK, but for Christmas Day I'm going to adjust to 100g for the day & Boxing Day when the family visit. Maybe you can adjust yours just for the day? Just a suggestion.
