Today's goals: 1. Plenty of water (and coffee) - didn't get a lot of sleep so staying away from soda will be hard today. 2. Choose a healthy lunch - may have to get fast food, but I refuse to get anything fried. 3. Sleep at least 8 hours tonight. 4. Stay positive!

I'm pretty proud of myself. Yesterday went well. I didn't go over calories and I drank only water all day! Todays goals: 1. Stay within calories. 2. Vacuum the house and get the dishes done. 3. If the weather holds out, take my Murphy on a walk. 4. Stay positive - I've had a rough couple days with a really bad headache.

I don't like water either! You can try infusing your water with your favorite fruit! I personally use Crystal Light packets. I know they aren't the best for you, but using them helps keep me hydrated.
