For the longest time I wore a size XL. Last summer, around my highest weight, I was creeping up from a 16 to an 18. Now, I fit into a Large in shirts and pants! It made me so happy, I almost cried! :smile:

Good luck! We all have to start somewhere. I felt the same way a while ago, and decided to start. I've lost 24 pounds so far, looking to lose about 35 more, and then I'll see if I need to lose more. I'm 5'2. Feel free to add or I'll do it. I do offer motivation and encouragement. :smile:

Um, did NO ONE see when she fell? I thought she was gonna break. She lost ALL muscle mass. Her legs even look deformed. She looked perfect on the last episode. Smh. Agreed. You need to be eating at LEAST 1200. From what it appears in your diary, you skip meals too. Please eat 3 meals/day with 2-3 snacks in between. It keeps your metabolism going. Add foods like avocado, peanut butter, healthy nuts, protein shakes, fruits and veggies to increase your caloric intake. I hope you just…

Please EAT MORE! There are so many ways to add healthy options to your meals! Use peanut butter, nuts, avocado, etc! Add it to shakes, on top of fruits, as well! You need AT LEAST 1200! Your body is gonna hate you for it in the long run!! and about BMR, you need to see…

I would love to go to Clearwater Beach and be able to just show off my new bikini body, as well as clearing out my closet for a new wardrobe that I feel comfortable with! Maybe even a family vacation! Losing the weight is not only important, but the rewards make it worth while too! :happy:

I have noticed that my clothes are getting more and more loose! Before, it was on the verge of getting tighter! So, I think I might be moving from XL to a Large in clothing! So excited! :smile: Plus, I've noticed a change in my belly, especially my almost non-existant love handles :wink:
