Gym styles or 4DS is most like Pure strength, in that you completely finish up one body part before moving on to the next... So I'd repeat one of those.

I'd have to agree w/everyone else that the food will be the most crucial aspect of losing enough weight to be comfortable enough to do certain exercises. Have you ever tried the ones that Clean Eating Mag offers? They put out 2 weeks worth each month, and they usually put them and the shopping list on their website.
