eat, eat, eat! all your calories. especially all the extra ones earned from working out. your body needs fuel to keep going and if you fail to give it enough, your not going to see the results you want. maybe for a bit, but it will catch up with you

YES! stay away from the naan! naan, rice, or fried foods.... anything in a creamy curry sauce i would watch the portions. but load up on veggies, beans/lentils, and proteins! have a yummy dinner!

i eat junk every single day. i eat healthy every single day. i just want to feel normal and still enjoy my life. having the junky bits actually helps me want to keep going on with the weight loss because i feel satisfied. if i felt deprived of the things i enjoyed, i would cheat and give up all together. i don't know how…

ummmm look at my diary, i ate two pieces of cake yesterday and one today!!!! that is what i love as well, and i will sacrifice something else or workout extra long if i need to just to have it!!! i dont think its good to do everyday, but defin. you can once or twice a week, just make sure you dont go over!

can i look at your diary? when i first started to lose weight last summer i wasn't even counting cals, but didnt have a car, so i biked everywhere. I lost 9 lbs in one week!! since re-starting i lost 4lbs in my first week. i think this is normal and will go to about 2 lbs after your first week.

ps. you are not eating enough. try eating smaller meals and def. add more fruits and veggies into your meals. good luck!

are you eating all of your calories everyday??? i have to leave some, and if i eat all mine and dont exercise, I dont lose a dang thing. i stay the same. maybe try leaving an extra 200-300 calories at the end of the day
