5'5" started at 190, goal is to acheive 140 and maintain between 140 ad 145. Currently 150, size 6 as I do lots of strength trainings.

Fish and seafood (including sushi). I now love these! but 10 years ago (when I was in my middle teens) I would never have eaten those! I know have sushi once a month and fish and seafood every week.

I always take meat or fish/seefood, and as a side: vegetable or house salad instead of potatoes or rice. Usually, cooked veggies (even in oil) have less sodium then other sides can have.

Hi people. It has been a while! Still running a 5K every week since I graduated the program in July. Sunday will be my 1st official race. It's the Montreals Rock&Roll marathon and I'll be running the 5K with my cousin and BF.

Workout 12 yesterday for the 1st time. Loved the intense abs work. Managed to slowly dance my crab at the end and really liked the support of the staff in the video. But what's up with that music at the begining?!

Did workout 11 for the 1st time yesterday, that was hard the the arms with all those planks and push ups! Bear walk is so cute, scorpion push ups are great and one cardio interval I felt like a monkey! Hurt my right foot while running 5K yesterday afternoon, so I couldn't jump the moves. I still managed to have good form!

Jogged an other 5K today on the treadmill, did it in 30 min 40 seconds, it's my best time ever :)

Week 10 results: -4.5 lbs , - 3.25 inches. Total so far: -15 lbs, - 24.25 inches.

Still jogging 5Ks 3 times per week. Today I did it in 31 minutes 15 seconds on the treadmill!

Forgot to post but week 9 results: -0.5 lbs and -1.25 inches. Total so far : -10.5 lbs and - 21 inches.

It really worked for me. Began mid May and graduated last Saturday. Jogged my 1st 5K in 36 min. My 2nd 5K i did 33.5 min and the last one yesterday I did 31 minutes and 50 seconds. Its a great program, just stick to it and you'll amaze yourself!

Jogged a 5K on the treadmill yesterday. Did it in 31 minutes 50 seconds! :)

I work near Atwater metro and started couch to 5K program mid May. I can now jog a 5K in 33.5 min! I highly recommend that program and maybe we can jog together as well!

Jogged my 2nd 5K tonight in my neighborhood. It felt good! Was very humid and hot outside so I did it at sunset. Did it in 33.5 min, that's 2.5 min shorter than my 1st one!

Ok, so was sick for 3 days! Yesterday I realized that there were only 5 weeks of summer left (until September). So, because I did not workout those last days and because of those 5 weeks left, I decided to begin phase 3 over. 2 more weeks od workout 9 and 10 (and it's great because I love those), plus 3 weeks of workouts…

Hi everyone! Graduated from C25K on Saturday when I ran my 1st 5K distance in my neighborhood. I have my 1st official 5K race on September 23. I plan on continuing running a 5K 3x/week until the race to ease into it and incrase my speed. Then I'll begin the bridge to 10K program. Im just so exceited about my new lifestyle…

Found out here about c25k. Began mid may. 3 weeks ago I ran for 30 min for the 1st time. Last night, I ran my 1st 5k. Considering I was a total no cardio couch potato before, I highly recommend it to you. You are gonna love running!

2nd graduation! 1st was when I jogged for 30 min at the end of my 9 weeks, now is because I jogged my st 5K! I've been training for this since mid May and my 1st 5K race is end of September to do it in a better time. Did it in 36 min yesterday.
