I've found that 2 large eggs scrambled with 1/4 cup lowfat cheese (usually cooked in a mug in the microwave to save cooking and clean-up time) paired with a piece of whole wheat toast with a little butter holds me over pretty well from about 7am-11:30am or noon. My plan is to start on September 2 (or Sept 1, depending on if I can shoo everyone out for the holiday :)) as well. I need to get back into MFP more regularly and this seems like a great way to do it!
