  • Thanks - I will keep up with this. 22.6% body fat - that's a start. Don't have a goal, but I guess if I keep up with it, I'll at least know if the # is moving the right direction or the wrong direction.
  • I'm between 5'7 and 5'8, which is a lot shorter than you & my goal is 130lbs. I have very wide shoulders so might be big-boned. Even though your goal weight sounds low to me, if your doctor recommended it, it's probably healthy for you.
