I would say water weight. Whenever I drink any kind of soda I bloat and retain water horribly. Whether its diet or not. I have the Wii and I love it. I havent tried the DVD though so I can't really say its better. The only thing I dont like with the Wii is theat the remote doesn't seem very accurate at tracking your movements, but in the end the workout is the same no matter what your score lol.

It sounds like you"ve plateaud. I am getting at that point as well. Its pretty much the most frustrating point and where I usually end up caving lol. Have you tried switching up your excercises? Try doing different ones, like running instead of walking or biking or anything really. Basically anything thats a little harder…
