  • Happy to be back from vacation. Tried making the best choices but did not succeed all the time.:grumble: It is nice to feel like I am back in control.   • Thanks so much for the welcome! :flowerforyou: I am only into day 2 but I found logging every bite to be very interseting. I was surprise to find products that I thought were "safe" actually had quite a bit of sugar in them. There is so much to learn! Even at my age I am learing new things every day. :wink:
