  • children's chewable multivitamins!! flinstones or a generic store brand would work. you'll see near the nutrition facts how many vitamins adults can get from those, and it's pretty complete. also brings back some great childhood goodness :)

  • yoga! it's relaxing as you're doing it, and there are different levels of intensity that burn different levels of calories.
  • i add them to fruit smoothies. just throw them in the blender with the fresh fruit and juices and yogurt. mmm...
  • liquids!!! a good glass of milk or kefir or a healthy juice can add 100-200 calories. pour yourself an extra glass at dinner or while you're working on the computer so you can mindlessly drink what's next to you. also, consider higher-calorie foods for a meal entree, like pasta, or add nuts and cheese to a salad. hope that…
