Great topic! I have a 7 and 8 year old and bringing them on my walks is .... well, lol. We have the "insanity" DVD, and people have told me to let them do it with me. I'm just starting out... I lost 60lbs before and did not maintain.... gained all of it 60 back and more! This time, I will log on MFP for the rest of my life if I have to! :)

Hi! I know what you mean! I was able to eat what I want till late 20's and 30s... but I an now 45, look in the mirror and "Whoa" not liking what I see. I keep trying get it through my thick head it's a lifestyle change. I'm hoping in the next few weeks to figure out what that really means.... because it's all new to me! :)
