I have no idea what the MFP rate of retention is, however, your comment used that number to indicate membership in the group.

Out of 1633 members - have you seen how many are still logging in? Thumb through. Almost every page has 10 people out of the 18 listed that are no longer active. It's all relative.

Attention Cows: Stop looking for alternative activities. You may now return to being delicious.

Rule number one: Weigh yourself at the same time of day, naked or wearing underwear. Rule number two: Weight fluctuates all day long from the food and water your are eating & eliminating. Rule number three: Stop torturing yourself weighing at different times/different conditions.

Are you staying within your calorie deficit without problems? Are you meeting your macros/micros for nutrition? Are you feeling good during your work outs? Are you losing weight at a sustainable pace? If you answered yes to these questions, then you don't need people to critique your diary. Carry on.

You're 28, male and you want to lose 120 pounds? Do you know how long you will be eating chicken and broccoli? I've been here 2 years to lose 100 pounds. It's more about the calories you are eating every day. I think that a piece of chicken and 3 pieces of broccoli/mushrooms is next to NO calories (with 6 oz. of…

NO carbs would be next to impossible. It would be very limiting. I am not much of a carb eater naturally - so I tried a low carb diet a few years ago. I lost 40 pounds, but gained it all back because, like you, I stopped the "diet". I have been on MFP for 26 months and lost a little over 100 pounds just eating within my…

Anyone that still irons is a super hero in my book. You can have all the calories.

I'm so curious about this. If you had such success the first time and felt super good, found food intolerances, slept better and had great focus - Why on Earth would you stop?

If you are in recovery from an ED and are working with a dietician/doctor - perhaps they are increasing your calories slowly. In looking at your diary, you are still not reaching the 1400 calories a day. Keep working with the professionals that are advising you. It looks like you're trying to turn it around and be healthy…

Shoot, tomorrow I have a party and will be eating some delicious things that I will work into my calories for the day. Maybe I'll catch you next time. ETA: Nah, I'm just going to be honest. I know myself. I'm not going to do that. Ya'll go on without me.

I have found that people who make mean or thoughtless comments about weight, will probably find something else to be mean/thoughtless about when weight is no longer an issue. This type of behavior is all about the other person's character defects - not your weight. That's why I don't find reliving this in any way…

You want McDonald's to make less processed and less calorie-laden food? Why not just stay away from McDonald's? If a parent feels strongly about this, then they shouldn't make McD's their choice of restaurant. Taking personal responsibility means you make choices for your life that reflect your beliefs. It will never mean…
