Fats are good for you and you need them, stay low on saturated and trans and your good, the poly and mono from olive oils, nuts ect are good for you.

Sounds like a muscle strain/cramp, If your using weights you may want to lighten them up. I would rest them and see how they feel tomorrow

YES! when I do short fast crunches my heart rate gets up there so I would for sure

Resistance will change the farther you spread your stance, I would jus't go by how it feels and if you feel sore the next day, if you feel sore your doing a good resistance. Try going to Youtube and search resistance band and you will find a ton of different exercises you can do

If the protein shake contains Creatine it can cause bloating and nausea

The cheap 27 dollar SlimLine HRM at walmart is junk, I would jus't keep saving until you can afford to get a better one like a Polar FT4 for around $89 dollars

Yeah I think that article was trying to say that eating too much certain types of meat is bad for your heart but if you make good choices like lean skinless chicken breast, turkey and fish you can keep your saturated fats low and get the good fats from fish and getting protein from things like broccoli ect are all good…

I for one try to get 90 to 100g of protein per day considering I strength train 4 days a week and do 30 to 60 minutes of cardio 6 days a week, I believe if your really active 1g per pound of weight is pretty important

interval training DOES burn fat (I totally agree but it doesn't burn as much as if you were in an aerobic zone the whole time) I just shared this because alot of folks think you have to kill yourself to burn fat and just wanted them to know that you don't have to in order to lose weight and burn fat :)

I see your sugar is from fruit but its high, 2 servings of fruit is 2 cups per day, that may be the problem?
