Your right on spot with this one, I use coconut oil in anything i cook, chicken, stir fry, ect and olive oil in salad dressings, saturated fat is good for you when it comes from good sources and also your poly and mono fats are also great. My trys were over 500 and now they are down to 134

If you dont have a HRM, try and get in a habit of checking your heart rate with your fingers every 10 to 20 minutes to see if your in a arobic zone and intensity level, that way you can judge whether your going at a vigorous pace or moderate pace

The Polar series FT's are the best in my opinion, there easy to use and have chest straps for a more accurate Heart Rate and stores all your past info and the calories burned is pretty close. The only reason the Calorie burn is not completely accurate is because you cant input you VOX % in

Keep Going!! Try doing Pull-UPs, Push-UP's, Squats, Lunges, anything to work your back at bit and it will help
-
You should be doing some upper and lower back weight training, when you build your back muscles the muscles will tighten up the loose skin
-
The Walmart one is SportsLine and I returned it after a week, it says one touch to check heart rate but you have to hold it down for about 10 seconds and you have to stop moving to get it to work and in the mean time your heart rate is going down waiting to get a reading. It's junk

I eat Special K Protein Plus , its yummy with Almond Milk
-
MFP's level is a bit low, if your working out and strength training you can safely have 1gram per pound of weight
-
Sounds like you could use some sort of weighted objects and do squats. maybe a couple of milk jugs filled with water for weights or anything that has some weight to it to build muscle in those area's
-

Make sure you do some stretching before your walk and see if that doesn't help
-
I would suggest just tightening your core and strength train your back muscles more, if you build your back muscles more it will tighten up any loose skin and flab around your waist
