Did you do anything specific to work your back? My back is rolly and while I'm losing weight I'm afraid the rolls are there to stay. It's nice to know they go away! Any tips?

Huge fan of chicken - eating it all the time I just forgot to put it on the list. Not much of a cheese fan, no. I'll eat cheese mixed with my eggs, but that's about it. Thanks for the sites - I'll check them out!

Some of my sons french fries. I have a stomach ache now. Blech. It's amazing what you feel like when you eat unhealthy after eating healthy for a long period of time. I won't be doing that again!:laugh:
