Oh, my dinner seems so boring now. I had three chicken drumsticks that were baked with the skin and sprinkled with Himalayan pink salt, a sweet potato and some steamed broccoli. :) I have to get a bit more inventive. I have a TON of Paleo cookbooks....need to crack them open. ~Skye :flowerforyou:

I make Paleo ice cream. I use my VitaMix blender. Coconut milk, vanilla, coconut sugar and ice. It is delicious!! I have also turned it into mint chocolate chip as well with chopped Lindt 90% chocolate. Thing is, you have to have a really good blender to make it. I have done both. MFP is a much better way to go for me especially now that I am doing Paleo/Primal eating. The people I have met here are awesome......it is priceless to me!! =)

I bought an infusion cup. There is an insert in the middle of the cup that I fill up with frozen fruit. It not only flavors the water, but it keeps it nice and cold. I use coconut oil. I know it sounds strange, but it works wonderfully. You can use it on your hair, too. It makes it shiny and soft. There are many videos on youtube about using coconut oil as a moisturizer. Not sure if this helps you. Hope you find something. :) ~Skye:flowerforyou:
