Hi everyone. I'm Debbie and have been trying to stay on the 1200 calories since Nov. So far I haven't seen any big weight loss. Not sure if this is right for me but not going to give up just yet. Hoping this group gives me motivation I need and some new ideas.

I walked 2 miles today on the treadmill and did some of Jillian Michaels video. Plus I shoveled snow this morning. Not to bad for a Sat. I have a friend coming over tonight and I hope the want to play the Will with me. I'm like a little kid. He he he.

Ok I bought the Wii. I have the Wiii Sports and the Resort DVD. I also bought a Zumba DVD but still learning the steps. Ha ha bet I look real funny. Glad I live alone and theres no one to make fun of me. I done some of the games on the Resort. Fun. My question is if I buy the fitness DVD or the EA Active do I have to buy…

I like to chop up tomato onion and green pepper. Little salt and pepper and yum. Also like to eat it with any fruit.

I love salads too! I could eat them everyday. I put in everything but the kitchen sink in. I use all veggies and nuts that I have on hand. I usually always have sunflower seeds. (my fav), My dressing is usually a Ranch. Full fat. But I only use 1 T. Dressing is something I can't go fat free on.

Tis the season. Tomorrow's a new day. If its not something you do everyday don't sweat it. We all are doing things we know we shouldn't. And I'm sure there are calories out there not getting logged by someone. I applaud you honesty for logging them.
