Eat way way too fast. As a child there was always something more interesting to do than eat - so I'd stuff my food down so I could get back to whatever I had to stop doing to eat!! Lol.. Terrible in photos. My face always seems bloated and shiny.. Don't look great in real life either, but at least my face doesn't look so bloated in reality. Agree.. My cramps were terrible when I was in school (skinny kid!!).. Now I'm about 2 stone overweight and the cramps are way easier to bear.. I still get them, but they don't cripple me like they did when I was thinner... Mmmm.... I would have thought that as I got older they pain would get less, but thats not the case.…

This anti-bacterial cleaning I think is a major problem.. How on earth are kids meant to get an immune system when they never meet a germ in their home? No wonder when they start creche or school they catch every bug going. Too many people are getting too uptight about their children. I don't mean they should neglect them…
