I didn't make any claims. And I'm not going to argue with you on a post I made to tell people that exercise can be fun. That's ridiculous. Not even sure why you're mad. I think personally that fitness and lifting are becoming a popular trend with females and I admire it.

Yes actually. Because of our make up, women are much more satisfied with taking care of others than ourselves. Also, it has to do with our self-consciousness. A lot of women would rather accept being over weight, or choose a diet plan that requires sticking to strict calories, than to put on tight fitting work out clothes…

I love exercising. But when I first started, I just looked at it as a chore. I definitely never pictured me saying that I love running! But now I do!

I'm talking about the over weight average person (mostly females lack the motivation for the physical part of diet and exercise) just trying to get into making all of these changes.

Yes, but the average Joe might not feel as motivated to do it then. There's nothing wrong with making a workout fun! Once you do that, you realize how good it feels and continue down the path of healthiness and such.

2 reasons I could never be a vegan: Steak and Bacon. On a side note, I respect people's choices on what they want to put in their body. I agree that the meat/dairy/egg industry is disgusting, but I think to say there's no "ethical" way to kill the animals is a bit far fetched.

Pre-log your meals and leave an extra few calories for an apple or some bell peppers to much on if you do get hungry. Chug water before you eat anything, Find a healthier way to eat "junk".
