Maybe u can start with 3 days @ the gym during lunch and the other 2 doing errands...just a thought b/c I have 3 kids and sometimes errands NEED to be done! PS..running around doing errands IS a form of exercise:wink: Stay FAB!!!

WOW, you look amazing.....I am also on a low carb diet..lost 66lbs after my 3rd and FINAL kid..I have gained back 10lbs and trying to take it back off plus another 5 lbs. I follow the Atkins approach, I use to be very strick with it, and have to get back in the groove!!
