I used to buy a dozen donuts for the family and eat three or four in one sitting. I was bored once and ate a whole package of wonder bread slice by slice with mayonnaise on each slice. This site it good but you have to be consistent with journaling everything even if it is bad. You have to account for yourself. Jog, I do Zumba, get on my elliptical at home and walk long distances. I also do weights (small dumb bells at home).

I lost a total of 25 lbs so far. I do have alot more to lose. Over 100 pounds to be exact. I cant believe I let it get this far but I am not beating myself up about it. I want to lose 30 pounds by Christmas however I will be happy to have lost 15 - 20 by Christmas. I am reaching for 10 lbs per month. -

Could be water retention. Could be your period. Could also be that you are gaining muscle. Don't worry about it. If you keep it up next week you will see a loss instead of a gain.

Dont behave like you have to deprive yourself of one donut. Have one donut and make sure you are accountable for it. Dont go for seconds. One is enough to satisfy your needs.

I have tried those "Legalistic" diets where there are certain foods that we must NOT eat. They don't work. I eat mayo all the time and I am still losing weight. Actually, I eat most anything but in moderation and I am still doing well.

Bake a yam/sweet potato. Top with the your chicken. Melt some cheddar cheese on top and pour 2 tablespoons of Russian dressing or any creamy dressing you like. Thanks so much all of you for your responses. I think Im going to look into spending the extra cash to get better shoes. I see that many of you have suffered injuries. I am looking into the Brooks Adrenalines and or Nike running shoes. Thanks again.
