Kory, we are on the same day of the shred :) today was also my second day of level 2. I'm also finding all the planks SO HARD! Have you noticed any changes in your body yet? And tgirl, I log mine as 25 minutes of "circuit training, general," for me it shows up as just over 200 calories. Good luck! :)

Boston Pizza's delicious alternatives menu has the calories listed on the menu - lemon baked salmon and chopped chicken salad are both around 300 calories, and there's a stromboli and other meals that are also pretty healthy! :) Also love Subway, it's easy to keep a salad there around 200 cals, I like teriyaki chicken…

I'm SO frustrated with the scale too. Last friday (my weigh-in day) I was 140.8. I checked Wednesday and the scale said 140.0. Today was my 4th day, just did it this morning. Yesterday (Day 3) was the WORST for me, mainly in my thighs, but today I woke up feeling so much better. And I'm starting to feel the workout getting easier! Keep on pushing through! :)

30 Day Shred is an exercise video by Jillian Michaels, it's 20 mins a day plus warm-up and cool down, and works on strength training, cardio, and abs, in 3 different levels. People seem to be seeing great results so I picked it up at Walmart. Was just $10 :)

I use Splenda. It tastes fine, and I believe it's less harmful to the body than sugar - as far as I know there is no strong evidence claiming otherwise, just a lot of hype.
