I just saw a really funny black comedy with him in it this year. I saw him in the early 2000s doing standup at Gotham Comedy Club - it was a surprise appearance - and it was a great performance.

iPhone 3GS! My phone is so old George W. Bush was still president when I bought it...planning on finally upgrading to the iPhone 6 in about a month though! I'm so ready for an upgrade. (I'm an Apple person.)

JMBR is a fantastic workout and combined with running it really got me into better shape without having to join the gym.

I'm only going to have a few more weeks left in JMBR so I'm going to try to do as much of Phase 3 as possible during that time. When I go back to work in September, I'm going to be rejoining a gym! For now, I'm still doing this every day. I'm interested in Jillian Michaels next workout release.

Sometimes all it involves is asking your doctor to switch you to something weight neutral. If not, switch doctors IMHO.

Alternating triceps kickbacks while in a plank. Do one set on one arm until fatigue, then the other.

At around 20 lbs down my medium exercise shorts started falling off of me and I had to replace them with smalls! I'm holding off until I buy fall pieces and then I might have to go down a size in jeans and bottoms too (not complaining)!!

The chaturunga hold is hard but I think I'm improving. I think in some ways 12 is easier than 11!! BTW, my favorite cast members are Kenta and Mimi. Omar is also ridiculous.

I do once weekly from Sunday night through all day Monday and record the lowest reading. Then I don't look at the scale for another week.

You absolutely can do it. Exercise every day, don't phone it in, really work it out, and cut your calories to the minimum required by MFP and if you eat your calories back, only eat a portion of them. Change your attitude to "I CAN lose 2 lbs a week". IMHO. Good luck!
