  • I’m a re-starter and fed up with it. Really want to lose weight and for the first time in years be lighter at the end of the year than when it started. Good luck everyone. I have my fingers crossed it works for you. BB :o)
  • Nsiren, I have the same problem and not shifting the weight. Are you eating too much sugar? Although I stay within my calories, I go way over the sugar levels. I’ve now stopped eating 3 portions of fruit a day and trying to eat more veg. Last week I managed to lose 1lb. Good luck. :o)
  • Hey Marline. Thanks for the tip. I'll check it out and have a good. I'm finding that my fruit has a lot in but going to find it ard to give that up. Not a huge fav of veg. Thanks again for your help and well done on your 19lb loss. :o)
  • Well done!!!! 5 lbs off is way better than 5lbs on. If your training it will take longer to shift the lbs as muscle weighs a more than fat. You should be proud. Good luck with your runs. :o)
  • Hi Many. I only joined this week but my weight has gone up and down like a yoyo for too many years,. I know how easy it is to put on and how extra hard it is to lose weight. Good luck and hopefully everyone will give support but please be careful that you don't overdo the exercise. Make sure you have at least one rest day…
