  • I don't preach to them. I've adopted this way of eating to fix various illnesses and am now better and ibs is no longer causing me great pain every day. I find it unfair to be obsessive and extreme considering that I've done this to improve my health and am not doing anyone any harm.

  • I cut out grains due to ibs and wheat intolerance, I felt great after 3 days and never looked back. I sometimes eat the occasional bit of bread and get sick. You might have been too low carb maybe,
  • Honestly if you're not hungry, why eat? I eat 1200 a day most days, 1500 on a weekend if necessary. I eat when I'm hungry , stop when I'm full.
