120/80 is the "normal" mark like 98.7 is the "normal" temp. you can fluctuate in either direction and be just fine. Your BP will be different at different times of the day. Your fine.

Sounds like you might not be eating enough. Yup you heard me right. If you are working out and still only consuming 1200 cals. you are starving and gonna find it very difficult to lose weight. Try bumping up your calories a bit.

I almost ALWAYS send a message. Usually it's because as you said they either inspire me or I can relate to them is one way or another.

Hmmm I had my gallbladder removed 5 months ago and I feel fabulous in that department. I honestly don't even notice it's gone, except I don't get the incredible pain I got before. I can eat anything I want with no ill effects. But I do know that your symptoms are "normal" and I've been told it can take up to a full year…

Mine is open! As a full time mother, worker and student, I understand the time crunch. I am very inventive with my veggies as my hubby won't touch them...he eats so much better than he knows!!!! Anyway feel free to friend me!

Enjoy my friend! I am totally planning on enjoying my weekend as well. A weekend here and there is not what makes us gain weight and be unhealthy, it's when those "weekends" become our norm and a healthy monday becomes a here and there. As long as we make good choices MOST of the time, we can let loose SOME of the time! So…

I'll stick with my MGD 64! 64 calories per 12 oz! I like mine with a lime! Yummo! Enjoy!
-
Yea I would stick with once a week, pick a time and weigh in at the same time every time. I also prefer mornings, but whenever you want, just make sure it's relatively the same time each week. GOOD LUCK!!

Definitely not alone. I was diagnosed not even a year ago. Currently taking levo .075mcg. I am still trying get it regulated. But I do find weightloss difficult, but not impossible. It's the energy I struggle with the most. Anyway, feel free to add me!

OH YES!! We call it "bottomless pit" days around here!

You have everything you need. Gym's are soooooooooooooo overrated! I'm losing weight at home with no bulky equipment. I use DVD's (p90x is BRUTAL) hand weights, resistance bands or just the good ole outdoors, walk, run, jog whatever! The key is to get 60 minutes of heart pumping activity in a day. Good Luck!

WALK WALK WALK!!! Walk as long as you can stand it! Even if it's 10 mins at a time several times a day, what ever it takes to get a total of 60-90 minutes of walking a day in. Also you can use some dumbbells and work on your arms. You can hold a dumbbell in your hands right above your chest as your doing your crunches,…

Whey protein is an excellent protein choice for individuals of all ages who value the role of a healthy diet in helping to maintain and improve their health. You can use honey, brown sugar, raisins, strawberries, blueberries, yogurt, jam, vanilla whey protein powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, peanut butter, really the possibilities are endless. Just mix in one or more of the ingredients above or anything else you can think of and you'll never get bored. I personally LOVE peanut butter…

I really like some toasted whole grain bread with some peanut butter or almond butter and banana slices and a sprinkle of cinnamon. YUM Also I make a breakfast smoothie alot during the summer. I had my gallbladder removed in December and honestly as far as weight loss goes I have not noticed a difference either way. I am also hypothyroid so losing weight is difficult for me anyway.

First of all, you need a new doctor! Anything that gets your *kitten* up and moving is exercise. I have a friend who lost 100lbs in one year "just" walking on his treadmill for 30 minutes a day, religiously. You can also vary your walking, such as doing intervals like walk briskly for 2 minutes, slow it down for 2 minutes…

I love Chopped, Unwrapped and Cupcake Wars!!!

I also have both. I think 30 day shred is an excellent way to begin working out and build up to P90X. 30 day shred is also great workout if you don't have 60-90 minutes. Both are great workouts, but you just can't beat the variety and the good ole fashioned hard work you get from P90X.

I'm soooooooooooo inspired! So many ladies on this site are truly just amazing and your one of them!!!

As most others have said, I would agree with drinking a glass of ice cold water 20-30 minutes BEFORE you eat, then cap your meal off with a glass of skim milk. Good Luck Oh and let us know what works for you!!
