This. I think the majority of us on here are here to have a healthy lifestyle, and if there is no medical reason for them to be netting such a low calorie amount, I tend to remove them as friends. I just can't support someone who is doing more damage than good.

Using friends to look at other's diaries to get ideas for meals, especially those who are having a lot of success. Weight loss and fitness can be a hard journey at first, friends can make it better!

How much mileage is on your current shoes? Running shoes need to be replaced starting around 300 miles. That could be the problem.

We are getting fat because we move less. I eat less than I did as a kid, but move a whole lot less too. Calories just are not being burned like before.
