  • Thanks for everyone's suggestions, I'm actually feeling a bit better by eating a few extra calories a day, but not sure whether it's all in my mind. I'm currently trying to net at least 1200 - 1400. I think patience is also the key!
  • I used one link which told me my % was 16.5 - I know for a fact my body fat isn't that low!
