  • An entire large breakfast pizza from Four Star Pizza. Sausage, mushroom, onion, tomato, and something else I can't remember. With garlic and herb dip. Washed down with an entire share sized bottle of Coke Zero. To this day I do not know how I could stand afterwards.

  • Had a bit of a naughty dinner tonight. Seafood stirfry - 1 onion, 1 carrot, 4 mushrooms, 1 tomato, half a pack of Dunnes seafood mix, all dunked in a pan, (the tomato was just to make a bit of a sauce, really), and some light soy sauce sloshed over it all. Served with a whole pack of Uncle Ben's Microwave Golden Veg rice.…

  • Plain aul' porridge with sliced banana and a sprinkling of Splenda, with a cup of green tea (different fruit flavour each day) on the side. May go bonkers this weekend and have a rasher or 2. :P

  • I've been avoiding Alcomohol since New Years, but my drink of choice most of the time would be Bulmers or some kind of cider, Kopparberg sometimes too. Occasionally I'll go for something like West Coast Cooler Rosé if I don't want a heavy night, or vodka and coke. Can you tell that I have a sweet tooth? :\

  • A bit of a plain dinner tonight. Baked trout with baby spinach, steamed broccolli, and cherry tomato. Couldn't really find anything to fancy it up with, other than a dash of mixed herbs. :(
