It is just water weight. Water is retained for repair. Staying hydrated will help combat it.

I followed love handles challenge for two weeks along with cardio. I did see inch loss, but was dead boring. Doing the same four moves everyday in increasing number was an ordeal because i need variety. Any move you do along with cardio and clean diet will give you results.

I have a step. Will check out step workouts on youtube. I do not have the luxury of a good gym in my neighborhood. So i prefer working to dvds at home. Any other suggestions are welcome :)

I have started with Brazil buttlift and T25 hybrid. I'm done with week 1. Week 2 was patchy, so restarting week 2 again. You can add me for accountability and it is great to have someone along for the ride.

I worked out 35 mins in the morning. Busy day at work too. Drank plenty of water. Had a small cup of strawberry icecream today. Since i'm doing IF today, not beating too much about it. Work drained me out today and left me with a headache. So not working out in the evening.

I'm in the challenge. Workout wise, i'm good. I'm going scale free. Will be measuring my progress for now. Scale messes with my head. My nutrition is skewed. I eat healthy, but portion control is tricky. My this week's goal is to get in my workouts and to practice portion control. Also want to see inch loss this week.

Thank god the weekend is over. Got in all my workouts and even did some chores, but nutrition wise, it blew. The entire week, i'm conscious of what i eat and how much i eat. But come weekend, it all goes out of the window. I gotta stay strong and plan my meals well during the weekend.

Ohh yeah i agree!! I get so discouraged watching the scale not budging and it totally messes with my motivation and throw me off my game. Now i have started a new program, so i'm going scale free so as not to get discouraged. Will measure myself for watching my progress.

It is Tracy Anderson 30 day method. I'm looking forward to do her Hipcentric workouts some day. Her 30 day method is supposed to be the beginning block. The moves are quite crazy, but effective because i'm kinda sore today.

I did TAM Seq 1 day 1 in the morning and four Blogilates core workouts in the evening. I had sweets during lunch. I do not like sweet things much, but it was a colleague's happy occasion and i couldn't say no. Hopefully i worked it off.
