My goal for this week is to get in atleast 5 days of exercise. I'm starting Tracy Anderson's 30 day method from tomorrow. Hoping to see some results.

Intermittent Fasting.....you fast for 12 to 16 hrs a day to engage the fat burning mechanism. You basically eat 2 meals and skip one. So you tend to remain under your net calories for the day. And in my case.....no snacking.

I did like the concept because i end up consuming extra calories during dinner. So with IF, i can practise control and the chances of giving in is less. I tried IF for the first time yesterday. I fasted from 5.pm to 9am today morning. Drank loads of water and had a cup of tea. I did dream of food :P but i stayed strong. I plan to do two days of IF every week to get used to the process.

I held a side plank without help of my knee. Solid on the right side, li'l wobbly on the left. Also i could do side plank pulses easily on the right side.

I had a good day. I did HIIT workout in the morning and my 30 day challenges in the evening. I looking forward to lose a pound this week.

I'm currently doing the Little Black Dress challenge and Neila Ray's HIIT challenge. A variety of moves for each day and hence challenging and interesting.

I understand coz my arms are huge too. I can feel my muscles tight underneath all the fat. Side posing in pics makes my arms look huge. Losing fat is the only way. I have been doing some cardio, yoga and pilates and i can start seeing faint definitions. It is a matter of time, clean diet and hard work.

You can try pilates. There are tons of channels dedicated to pilates on youtube. Equipments are optional and you only need a mat.

I did HIIT for the first time today. Couldn't get through the whole thing. So i'm reconsidering my goals. It should not be just about losing weight, but also getting strong.

I'm 5'3 and i gain weight on my thighs, upper back, lower abs, chest and triceps. My thighs are ginormous and stubborn. When i lose weight, every area shows some loss, but never my thighs.

I had completed 2 weeks of Alpha. Lost 2.6 inches off my waist and dropped 2 kgs too. But life interfered and i was off my track. But starting again from today.
