I'm confused...isn't that what locker rooms are for? To change clothes...shower, etc? How can you do all that without getting naked? I usually strip near my locker, wrap a towel around me and head for a shower. We're all chicks...all have the same parts...no biggie...lol

Try being lactose AND gluten intolerant...kinda cuts down on eating anything yummy. Good for losing weight though I guess..lol. I just stick to fruits/vegs/lean meats. Boring...

I have the same problems....haven't been diagnosed, but I know what I have issues with milk/wheat/oats, etc. I've been trying to eliminate as much gluten as possible. I started running in them. My knees were giving me a lot of issues when I ran or walked longer distances. When I wear the barefoot shoes, I can hardly detect any pain in the knees. So for me, they have been a blessing, and I'm running a longer distance than I have in years.

I think you're both being selfish. Just alternate days like people are suggesting. simple. If you want to do more...go for a run on days that it's not your gym time...or slip in a dvd.

I'm 47, and agree with wftiger. Only thing that helps me lose weight is a calorie deficit. I work out all the time, but experience no weight loss unless I watch what I eat very carefully. Once I get to the weight I want, I can maintain with exercise but I won't lose a pound with just exercise.

There are some concerns about soymilk. http://www.livestrong.com/article/466919-the-effects-of-soy-milk-on-estrogen-levels/ I've switched to almond milk...they have one with only 35 calories...great for smoothies.

I agree with the foam roller suggestion. Does wonders for my hips, knee stiffness and pain.
