Congrats for giving up smoking, I know how hard that is. And how much weight you can gain afterwards! But I think the weight is definitely healthier short term than smoking. Good luck with it all.

I'm sure you've already thought of this....but are you weighing yourself at the same time of day...and wearing similar clothing? The difference between morning and evening weight can be as much as 2-3lb, which might account for some.

Hey all...starting today at 206lb....ideally would like to get to 168.. or less!!. Interesting to note how calorific everything i like is...lol, trying to make simple changes without making myself feel deprived. And hopefully increase my activity which should help. Keep smiling! Karen
