I am 5'6 and currently 159 lbs. I currently wear most 8's and some 6's, it depends on how its made. Profile pic is current. I started my weight loss journey in January at 185 lbs.

You treat the special workouts as a regular workout. The next time you go to the gym, you will do Special workout A, then the next time, Special Workout B. Then you will rest for a week, if you desire. Hope this helps.

I'm wondering the same thing. I actually had 2 more workouts in stage 2 and took 2 weeks off. I do not want to repeat Stage 2 because I dislike it so much. I am 5'6" and my current weight is 157. That is a current pic in my profile pic. I like my curves and choose not to get too small, so my goal is 150. Once I get there, I will work on bf% instead of lbs.

I warm up on the treadmill for 10 mins before strength training. Or sometimes do intervals for about 15-20 mins on the treadmill. That is it though. No 30-60 mins cardio on any machines for me!!

With that being said, my maintenance is 1800. Do you think I can still lose weight/fat by eating at maintenance or just 100 cals below?

Sunshine, It sounds like you have the exercise part in check. But I did take a look at your diary and it doesn't look like you are eating enough. You are doing a good amount of exercise and it doesn't appear that you are eating your exercise calories back. Also, what are your macros set at. Your protein looks a little low.…
