  • I was able to get to the pool and swim 1 hour lastnight. Boy, it was packed! It (almost) makes we want to get up at 500am to swim before work...:laugh: The Y is open for from 10-2p on the 4th of July holiday. I'm trying to figure out if that means it will be sparce or EXTREMLY packed and if it's worth trying to go.?..
  • So..Any ideas on how to curb this after burn "I could eat a horse and then everything in site" after I swim munchies? I'm finding that's when I want to eat the sugar/fat laden stuff - I would have lost more than 1 lb if I'd have curbed this problem this week.

  • Has anyone tried using SportCount Lap Counter? It's a one-button, thumb operated lap counter that is worn on the pointer finger that also records split & elapsed times. as an after thought it could pull double duty and be a row counter - helping me keep track of my knitting :tongue:
