I get them often if i do burpees or working on olympic lifts (the bar is super close to my legs). Sometimes I just randomly get a bruise. If you're doing push ups on your knees that may be the cause.

MFP has the daily intake of protein set very low. I believe, don't quote me on it, that you should intake .5-1g of protein per lb of body weight.

I have yet to try it; been doing some research ... your body naturally produces/uses glutamine. So it's a supplement but from what I've read it doesn't really seem to have any added benefits. Some athletes/body builders swear by it but it could just have more a placebo effect. I am going to try it because I get DOMS all…

I tried to run on a treadmill on a cruise ship once ... was kind of hard. This was completely unrelated ... but I'd suggest call your doctor or maybe try a motion sickness pill?

9/15/2011 AMRAP 12 minute: 10 jerks, 20 box jumps, 30DU (60 reg); I did 3+5 jerks. Had to redo jerk weight in 1st round and no DU for me. 35lb for jerks (was at 60#) and 24inch box jumps Our skill was snatches...still having some difficulty.

Last article I read in FitnessRX was that you should eat roughly an hour before working out; a small meal. They basically said it's better to eat something, especially if you're lifting heavy.

Vanity sizes ... women's nightmare. For me Hollister/A&F shirts run small compared to AE. Even Aero is getting a lil small. Also depends on long sleeve and short sleeve. I have the same issues with jeans. I've come to point where I just buy the same brand/style in all the different washes x2.

Agree - Compound movements are great. I always suggest bodybuilding.com to look up some exercises. Maybe they should start paying me ...
