You can always unblock him down the road. He's not going to know that you blocked him ... in all honesty the healthiest thing to do is block him ... removes the temptation which will lead to the emotional roller coaster.

Yeah just blocking them. Which is really easy. I blocked a lot of my exes =)

Haha I love CAFE PRESS! They get some good ones in there! As far as bands and pull ups - I loop it through, keeping it centered on my body, and put one foot in it. Then kind of "place" my other foot ontop. When doing ring dips and stuff I use a band that I "kneel" on ... Only time I've put a band around my shoulders/back…

Strength training is SUPER important ... you're not going to bulk up so don't be concerned with that. Challenge yourself with the weights; when one weight becomes to easy go up in WEIGHT not up in REPS. Granted becoming an IFBB pro probably isn't in your future plans, look at some of those ladies. Alot are moms, too.…

Not a mom but the same height ... but I think it'd be good to set some smaller goals and slowly work your way down. The most important thing is how you feel. I try not to focus so much on what the scale says as more to how my clothes fit and the way my body looks; Maybe check and see what you bf% is and work on lowering…

Bumpity bump bump ... even though I think I already printed out her recipe. She's a saint =)

Becareful adding too much cheese or dressing; they add up quickly. http://education.wichita.edu/caduceus/examples/servings/handy_reminders.htm

When doing cardio do some high intensity intervals. Working your core (front and back). Make sure you're eating clean. Abs are made in the kitchen, not at the gym.

I get the seamless or 'barely there' bikini from Target, I know other people sell them. They're super comfy. I've seen some ladies wear the fitness "skirt/skort" ... maybe thats what she had on? I mostly wear running shorts which have the built in under-roo's ... my favorite thing ever.…

By far my favorite!

AMRAP for 15 as Rx'd lunges wall to wall (10lb plate for me) 5 ring dips 10 sit ups 4 2/3 is what I completed ... I was the only one who got the Rx'd work out in the newbie class. Crossing my fingers that we can hit snatches Friday so I can complete Rx'd WODS everyday!

Log and start getting rid of the unhealthy packaged stuff. Nibble on some fruit or vegetables. Drink a glass of water. Find something to occupy yourself. Chew gum. I wouldn't suggest TV because a lot of people use that as a time to nibble for 30 minutes, but if it controls you then try that. Sometimes I'll paint my nails,…

Hate mine too ... they're "knobby" or whatever ... innie ... there's no way to make them sexy which is annoying. I refuse to wear anything that hits at the knee. haha

Eventually it'll be 2nd nature of where you're at. If your pool has different color tile in the middle of each lanes, like most competitive swimming pools do, that's another way to judge. But kristinmjackson is spot on.

I like that one and strawberry/apricot

Well they're trying to say it's the people on his team instigate an argument, which isn't 100% true. When we were hired we were told it's a "fire house" environment; which essentially meant that people are going to pick and you need to have thick skin. We all take our turns, so I guess it's hard to police one occurance and…

I could eat turkey burgers for lunch and supper. Seriously de-lish.

I work 12 hour shifts, at night; so this week (Sunday-Saturday) I worked Monday night, Tuesday night, Friday night, and Saturday night (then Sunday night). My shift is 7p-7a. I set my diary up into 7a-7p and 7p-7a. You eat roughly the same times I do, except I eat my dinner at work around 2am. As far as tea goes, can't…

I use Optimum Nutrition for a multi and Gaspari Whey Protein (both of body building) ... I've tried 2 other protein powders and this is by far my favorite. I just get the vanilla flavor

I got FT4 - good starter ... easy to use.

I'm in the process of following up to try and get a check list and bang out the last of the skills in 3 classes. Our beginner classes only allow 6 people usually (if people do the right thing and sign up) Obviously the smaller the more focus it is. Most things I "excel" at or have a good understanding of movement and form…

Again with the frosted mini-wheats if you're watching carbs/calories/sugar it isn't a super good choice. I'm a cereal lover and that was one I had to give up. Read the labels and/or do research through google.

If your worried about your sugar levels - watch eating a lot of dried fruit. I mix baby spinach in with my romaine lettuce; a salad for me is about 7 cups.
-
People are using it as a replacement for steriods; apparently it doesn't show up on the tests ... sounds like a SUPER good idea ...
