Nothing wrong with sugar and caffeine! Though not necessarily satiating, I need it for my mental well being lol. As long as you hit your calorie goal, you can eat anything you want.

He used to race sprint cars. In the winter time, he would keep his racing going by going indoor karting. I worked at that karting place behind the bar. We knew each other for a couple years until we both became single, then all of sudden we looked at each other in a way we never did before. He took me out on a date and we…

You can eat anything, really, but my usual snacks are either a protein shake, a protein bar or some fruit. I love to slice a banana in two, smearing peanut butter on it and then I add a drizzle of honey. Delicious!! I also do the same with apples. I love snacking on grapes too!

Thanks you for all your responses ♥ No, I am not breastfeeding. I need to focus on me a little, and being more healthy and losing some weight because my quality of life suffers. My joints took a beating supporting all of this weight and I need to do something about this before it gets worse and does irreparable damage. At…

I've been with my husband for 6 years and still can't figure out his type! Some girls I'm like whoaa she's gorgeous and he says no!!?? Other girls he thinks are sexy and I just don't see it. I guess there just isn't a ''type'' !!

Team Fast Lost here!! I gained weight with all my pregnancies, got depressed and developed bad eating habits... Personally, I usually need to overhaul my habits (drinking more water, eating more veggies, cutting off snacks when starting out) and get big results to develop a momentum and gain motivation. Usually I then try…

There has been many trials done about low carb diets that proves that for a same amount of calories the amount of carbohydrates consumed does play a role. That's because of how the body metabolizes each macronutrient. Check out Atkins book and Dr. Berg on YT. I know I will be criticized but I am just pointing to the…

Well... Going with what you are trying to say, there are people that are more open-minded then others. My husband and I have included other people in our sex life at times. It was planned, we both agreed, there was no lies. We did it as a couple and had fun doing it. I didn't feel like I was any less important to him. I…

I have been cheated on by my ex so many times. Took me 5 years and lots of abuse to finally decide it was enough and realize I had done more then my share to make things work. I always tried to take responsibility in some way, because I thought then it meant that I could change something. You can't change someone. I…

I've wanted to get a scale for a long time but never did. I personally always found success using measuring cups and simply overestimating rather then underestimating calories in general.

Im 25 and I have three kiddos under 4!! Just started yesterday too! Starting at 197lbs and would like to lose 72lbs. I have used successfully MFP to lose the weight before and looking forward to being done with it once and for all now!

It can be enough money to feed an adult, depending on where you live. In Canada, the average is $200 per person per month. In the US, it seems to be $100 per month. Check out Freedom in a Budget. She posts budgeting videos and financial tips, but is also sharing her weight loss on a budget. She spends $25 per week (she…

Personally I usually drink tons of coffee and Pepsi daily, but when I diet I only have 1-2 cups of coffee at home (40-80cals) and water. That's it! It's been 3 days and today I met up at Tim Horton's with some friends and as I waited I checked MFP's database and settled on a small Iced Coffee made with milk for 70cals and…

What a difference! I totally see it  Good job and keep being awesome ♥

I used do this all the time. If I picked a cake or something like that it was easily 200-300cals. I don't as often now, but what helped me was that I chose instead something that isn't lots of calories like 5 Goldfish crackers, a couple of raspberries, a strawberry or a sip of juice (not a whole cup). This usually…

That's not true, walking is as good an exercise as running and it doesn't stress your joint. It's especially true when you are overweight and unfit to begin with. You can burn plenty of calories walking, especially if you carry extra weight or go uphill. OP, practically no one is sedentary. You can log your walks or even…

I persisted running back when I was really in shape, even though I always felt a pain in my right knee. I thought it was my form so I tried to correct it, without success. Researched the best ways to warm up and stretch after, didn't change anything. I thought it might go away on its own but it never did. Eventually the…

I did find a Zumba class I want to start next week, just around the corner with some other moms. Hoping to make a few friends since I just moved to this town last week. I also signed up for a craft fundraising activity next month. A good opportunity to get involved with the community, meet new people and I get to bring…

I think you're maybe putting too much pressure on what it is that you should want or seeking to be driven. Since you have been doing this consistently for a long time and you already look bomb ;) it might be time to sit back and adjust your outlook on your fitness. Try not thinking too much of it and doing what feels good…

Percentages are just that, percentages. We have to be talking about the total quantity here. I think OP is just confused by the fact that low calories reduce the overall amount of macros. It just doesn't make sense otherwise. And if we're talking about a low calorie diet, I would doubt that her doctor/dietitian really…

I am personally trying to overcome depression and anxiety trying to lose the baby weight. I have about 55lbs to lose and that's not even the most of my worries. At this point, I see this whole weight loss as a change in perspective and changing my life in general. I have to stop worrying, but it's hard to do. With…

Walking my kids to the park and playing outside for a little more then an hour (which goes by super duper fast!) burns almost 300 calories! I also do body weight strength training at home with an app on my phone (Ashy Bines Booty Challenge currently) or yoga videos from YouTube :) I love going on hikes but that doesn't…
