Well I suppose you could say I'm losing vanity pounds? I'm not overweight but I gained half the weight I lost a few years ago so really just want to fit into my clothes a bit easier lol

Is it possible to stay out of the kitchen after dinner? Perhaps have a healthy snack at hand before dinner, keep it in your room or the lounge or somewhere other than the kitchen. Also maybe make a drink before dinner to keep in a bottle. As you're living with other people, you aren't in control what comes into the house.…

How many calories are you eating and how many are you burning? If you're eating at a major deficit and not eating at least some of your calories back you could have a very big problem. Sounds like you might be working your body way too hard. Why the rush?

You need to write down little notes to yourself as to why you're on this path. Also having before photos to hand or stuck up where you can see them and remind yourself of your achievements.

There are many reasons your weight will fluctuate during the day and every day. Best thing to do is weigh once a week, in the morning, after using the loo and in as little clothing as you can. I hate compliments from strangers. They're always men and always creepy. I've had car horns from them, whistling from construction workers (its prob the norm for them) and being called a MILF. Also had someone try pick me up at the gym several times despite me saying no. I don't go to a gym anymore. Rather exercise at home.

Too little fat in your diet can do this.myou could have a medical condition like I have which is an underactive thyroid. I'm on meds for it but I still lose a lot of hair, more so after I've washed it.
