I eat 50% of my calories in healthy fats and eat only when hungry which usually comes to 3 times a day. First off congrats to everyone in their losses or gains if that's your goal. I haven't measured in quite sometime but I have gone from a size 46 in the waist to a 36 and I'm down 94lbs!

Yeah I would never turn back on my healthy lifestyle at this point (just have these little vices creeping in and want them stopped before they become full blown problems). I'm proud of my progress but it came with a heavy cost.

Hahah BrendaLee I wanna slap me too! i'm glad you can't reach me though ;) It was sort of a knee jerk reaction I realize this but now the smoking is a habit again. The drinking isn't so much a habit yet but I do worry about it becoming one in the future.
