I wish I coudl do it first thing but I go into work really early (7am) and we have quiet hours in our condo until 8am :( and my big butt jumping around at 5am def goes against the quiet hours rules :D

doesnt this go against the whole muscle confusion 30DS ideals? Sorry, I am just confused. I feel like some people say to take break days for each muscle group and others swear by muscle confusion. So far, muscle break days havent worked for me, so I will now try muscle confusion. what day are you planning on taking off?

once you are really ready for level 2 its better. if you try it and you can barely do the moves go back to level 1. seriously. I start level 2 in 2 days but i have done it a few times after level 1 to see if I am ready. I think I will be in 2 day.

I wouldnt drop all the way to 1200. but maybe you could drop to 1400 and see if that helps? if that doesnt work you could try increase to 1700....

I know of other people who cannot drink plain water. they add lemon or oranges or other fruits to their water. whatever you do, dont put sugar or any artificial sweetener in your water! also, deluding juice isnt a good idea either. most juices are full of sugar :( If I didnt like water I would drink TONS of iced tea…

You should follow a whole 30 diet plan for 30 days. you will see results :D but, follow it exactly.

I limit my fruit to 2 a day because I am trying to loose weight (I will increase to 4 when Ijust want to maintain. I eat as many vegetables as possible. no limitations there!!
