I totally recommend paleo eating! I began it when I found out at age 27 that I am allergic to dairy, wheat, and soy!! I cannot even express how amazing I feel. I will eat paleo for the rest of my life!! Oh, and I have lost 40lbs since November (when I went paleo).

Get your carbs from fruits! like an apple with almond butter once a day; thats what helps me get through it. I eat paleo not really low carb. Have you heard of whole 30? You can loose 10lbs or more in a month doing whole 30. And its such an easy way to eat!! And I am NEVER hungry :D I dont feel weak at all. I am on day 7…

the only thing that has helped me was doing a cleanse and changing my eating habbits to not allow any sugar of any kind. the first few weeks was torture. it is smooth sailing since i got past that

oh wow, thats crazy! The only way I could see losing that fast would be if you weighed 300lbs + to start with. If you were any smaller this would be very unhealthy!

Sorry, I missed her saying she has CONFIRMED that she doesnt have any sensitives. Also, grains can cause bloating even for people without sensitivities. My suggestions are not "unhelpful".

two words: gluten and dairy! remove those from your diet and your boating will go away. better yet, remove all grains (including corn) !!!!

just one day of avoiding dairy wont help. You will need to avoid it for a few weeks before you see results. so, dont be discouraged if you dont feel better tomorrow. dairy sticks in your system for a while, you wont see results until its out of your system completely.I also suggest doing the same with gluten. those are two…

remove dairy from your diet and replace it with lean animal protein (chicken, turkey) i recommend you will feel amazing. and your bloating will go down. I have lost 30lbs and two sizes from removing dairy and gluten! seriously, seriously, do it.
