I too have a very boring job and have found that getting up and walking for 3-5 minutes an hour really helps with the cravings. I get a few laps in when I go to the bathroom and it has helped. I do. I take one day where I don't beat my self up and have what I want within reason. Usually it's a few glasses of wine! :) As long as you are moving more than you did and watching what you eat on the other days, I don't see anything wrong with it. I've lost 14 lbs in 7 weeks and am happy with the progress. Good Luck!
