I second the *slightly* asymmetrical bob. With a lot of thinning with the texturising shears. I had a small angle done, nothing too drastic, and I LOVED it. It was short enough in the back to not be annoying, but still long enough to put behind my ears, or up in a clip, and not look ridic. My hair chick's sister actually…

Ha! I love it! When I have some calories to spare, I have myself a diet coke with Capt. Morgan's spiced rum. My husband reaches for the whiskey. :D

I'm with you. It's so hard. For me, it's helped a bit that my husband quit drinking coke/diet coke at all, so we stopped buying it by the case. Now if I see it on sale, I'll get a bottle or two, and then don't buy it again for the rest of the week. But I still want it. lol

I think it depends on if you can get through all of the exercises easily. I have done two days, and I can't keep up with them, I'm VERY out of shape. I keep on keepin' on though, just slower than them. However even though I am shaking (muscles, not light headed) by the end of it, I'm not in pain at all. I feel a little…

So far I haven't gained anything, technically, but I've been working my *kitten* off (literally! ha!) and haven't lost a bit. So I'm hoping that once this week is over, I'll show a good loss. It's annoying though!

Thanks for the welcome! Katie - that's great about your hair-cut! It's always good when our SO's lavish attention on us. lol Holly - sad news about your grandma. I hope it's as painless as possible for her. I'm getting to be envious of all the nice weather stuff I'm reading! I'm in Australia and we're going into winter…

Oh I was wondering if there was a SAHM group! :) I have two boys, 2 and almost-5 (as he says!) AND my husband works at home on our business, so it's like having three kids. All four of us are at home most of the time because pre-school is only 2.5 hours a day 4x a week, so I try to fit my exercise in during that…

Adelaide here. :)

OMGGGG I'm dying, but that was such a good work out. Showed me just how out of shape I am though. Blergh. I haven't been this sweaty in a looong time. hahah Can't wait to do it tomorrow too. Can anyone tell me how to put it down in the exercise log though? I thought I saw someone say put it under cross training, but I…

Wow great job so far! :flowerforyou: I have 70lbs to lose, at least, and trying to get more active so my body stops hurting so much! Adding you!

I just got it! I'm excited and once my little one lets me get moving, I'm doing it before I pick up the big kid from school. lol I haven't been this excited to work out in a while. :P
-
I'm fairly new too, here a week. Adding you! :)

I'm hoping to pick it up tomorrow actually! lol So if I can get it, I'm in! :P I'm a bit worried about how it is, impact wise, because I have bad knees, hips and ankles, but I figure it's worth a try! The only way I can get rid of the pain is to get rid of the gain, so I have to start somewhere. :)

Thanks! That's fantastic! I can't wait to be close to goal. I have a LOT of weight to lose...about 70lbs! Way more than I've ever had to before. (Can I blame the kids? Lol)

Oh nice! I did something similar to this on WW (the Wendie plan) and have been sort of going with it on my own this past week...didn't realise there was a thread on it! Thanks for sharing I'll DEFINITELY be doing this. :D

Fantastic news! I'm very happy for you! I'm also cheering you for posting about it - it may help others feel not-so-alone, or seek help they wouldn't otherwise. Good on ya! :)

I'm in Adelaide. :)

I'm new, and need supportive friends, so I'm adding. :)

I'm a real newbie ;) and looking for friends, so yes please!

At the moment I try to, but I don't often get to that point. I just started (again) though. I know that for me 1200-1300 calories isn't enough long-term, but right now it's giving me that boost to see the weight falling off! However my biggest problem is that I don't eat enough - always has been. I find it very hard to eat…

I'm taking zoloft and haven't gained anything. I haven't lost anything either, but then I haven't really tried until now. I just wanted to say that I know it takes a lot to say you need help. I was trying to "go it alone" and do it without medication, but honestly wish I had gone to my doctor sooner, because the quality of…
