Very helpful thank you. I have just started running for about 3 weeks and go about everyday except one day. Couch to 5k training. I haven't taken any real breaks longer than a day. Could this effect my progress ?

They are machine estimates .. I know they are not that accurate. But that's all I have to go by. I'll def be patient haha. Just want to donut the right way.
