Another thing that will help until you see the doctor is to soak your feet in warm water with about a quarter cup of Epsom salt and a bit of baking soda. May not cute you, but sure makes your feet smile!

How do you accurately measure and input gait length? I have made the other adjustments to see if there's a difference in what it says I burn. Thanks for all the input guys!

I love them cut in chunks, roasted with some Granny Smith apples chopped up in them! Sometimes I'll add pecans and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Delicious!

I have had asthma since I was a child. I am on daily medication and a rescue inhaler as well. Swimming has never triggered an exercise induced attack so I incorporate that into my regular workout.
