Hey! I'm 5' 5.5" and i'm into my size 14 clothes now at 12st 6lbs, i'm an hour glass shape. However my mum is 5' 6" and is under 12st and is a size 16, she's an apple shape tho. Dont know if that helps at all? x

Hello! To curb my cravings for sweet things i always have the chocolate or caramel snack-a-jacks in the cupboard, they really help me! Also i'll sometmes have a couple of those Mikado chocolates with a cup of tea, get my chocolate fix while the tea fills me up!:smile:
