My advice is to not feel guilty about having "bad eating days". But try to eat better the next day and exercise. Continue with your weight-loss process and don't give up. Spend less worrying about the scale. Hope this helps you out. :D

So you're wanting to tone-up..I would say to eat lots of protein and it's not unnecessary to have a calorie deficit since you not wanting to lose weight..Besides that...you are on the right track.

You would start to gain weight over time, because you went over your calorie limit.

The lowest I would go on calories is 400-500

Don't be so hard on yourself! In my opinion, I would change up the exercise route, look more closely to your diet and drink lots of water.

Thanks everybody for the advice. I am eating whole fruit and not juicing. The fruits I do eat is Watermelon, grapes and bananas. For example my eating schedule: Breakfast: Fruit Lunch: Fruit Dinner: Lean meats, wheat grains and vegetables Snacks: fruit or some sort of dairy product

Don't worry! It happens..are you tracking your food? As for eating your exercise calories, I wouldn't eat back the calories. However if I am really hungry I would eat it. So there isn't a wrong or right answer for that question. You have to decided that. Good luck! :D
