Regulate your intake to regulate your body. Diary is all over the place. Just hit 1600-1800/day. Lift weights 3x a week and walk. Are you taking measurements? Possibly youve lost body fat.

I just figure its healthier than any fad detox program. Give the body a break from everything except cleaning out the liver.

Its called a 20hour fast. Just drink water. Stay busy then eat 1000cal dinner and call it a day. But you must make sure you are eating about 2k every other day. Its amazing how it works! If you want a daily detox, drink 1gallon of water a day and eat just below TDEE. Youll lose fat!

Bull****. Ketosis has its uses but the chance for bounce back fat gain after you come out of it is higher and can set you back in the long run. I wouldn't listen to any of this BS advice.

This is correct. Write it out on paper if you need help understanding it. My TDEE is 2500. Subtract 20% Sun 2000 Mon 2000-400=1600 Tue 2000 Wed 2000-400=1600 Thur 2000 Fri 2000-400=1600 Sat 2000 12800 consumed vs 17500 burned per week.

Set MFP to 40% and just eat below TDEE.

Shop from the outer ring of your grocery store. Eat single ingredient foods. Sticking to a 70:30 ratio can give great results so if you are on a 1600-2k/day diet youll have 480-600cals a day of junk or not clean food to still lose fat. Or Buy Primal Blueprint and be Paleo. Screw that! ;D

Hey brah! you'll get so swole if you drink a protein shake right before you lift then immediately after. Anabolic window is closing! Make sure you drink chocolate milk and eat 6 meals a day or you'll go right into starvation mode and all your muscles will fall off! A few examples.

Of course it works. Problem is finding true TDEE. My TDEE when I'm not working is 2k. My TDEE when working is 2400-3k. So averaging out over the week if I eat about 2500/day ill maintain. If I eat 2k a day furring work week ill lose.

Theres almost no difference between the road map and MFPs calculations. If you read MFPs stickies on how the tracker works, it wants you to eat back all your exercise calories. So if TDEE is 2000 and a 20% cut is appx 1600cals. MFP would set you to 1200 or closer to BMR and have you eat back whatever you burn essentially…

Its all about regulating your body. Anytime you change your routine you'll have a little fluctuation up then as you regulate, as long as you're below TDEE, you'll lose. If you constantly change your routine or calories you'll probably take longer to lose. Have patience.

IMO increase the weight to a 3x5 or 5x5 so you won't get the sarcoplasmic hypertrophy of the muscle. You get the myofibrilar hypertrophy instead. Eat just below TDEE for best results.
